PREAMBLE
These general conditions of sale apply between,  
firstly SARL Distrilaine owner of the online sales site: www.laine-et-tricot.com hereinafter "Distrilaine" and,  
the other non-commercial individuals wishing to purchase on the website of Distrilaine, hereinafter referred to as "Customer".

"Distrilaine" and "Customer" are collectively called "the Parties".
The Parties agree that the general conditions of sale are those made available to the Customer on the site www.laine-et-tricot.com when placing the order.

If a condition is found to be lacking, it would be governed by the procedures in force in the distance selling sector in France. Distrilaine reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions according to changes in the law and case law in force in France. THE COMMAND  
The user has the option to place an order from the online catalog (there is no paper catalog).

THE DELIVERY

Distrilaine agrees to make delivery of items ordered as soon as possible, and within a maximum period of 30 days, stamp postmark.

The Customer will deliver to the address registered at the time of the order.

"Distrilaine" can not be held liable for any delivery problems, loss or damage of parcels and that would be the responsibility of the Post Office or ColiPoste.  
In case of loss or deterioration, an investigation will be requested from La Poste or ColiPoste; in the case of compensation (based provider of GTC), it will go to the customer in the form of credit or refund.

RIGHT TO RETRACT

MAJOR FORCE
