DELIVERY

Laine et Tricot prepares and send your order as soon as possible once payment is confirmed: unless otherwise indicated, against the site on stocks, for orders placed before 11am, the parcel will be shipped the same day, Monday to Friday. No shipments on Saturday.

Attention high period (October to January) orders may take 24 to 72 h to be shipped. A confirmation is then sent to the customer via his e-mail confirming the shipment of the package and tracking number http://www.colissimo.fr/portail_colissimo/suivre.do?language=en_en

Delivery times rely on La Poste and your local postal service (usually 2 to 5 days max). Laine et Tricot can not be held responsible for any delivery problems, loss or damage of packages and would be the responsibility of the post office or So Colissimo. In case of loss or damage, an investigation will be required to La Poste or So Colissimo, in the case of compensation (according to the Terms of service), it will be refunded to the customer in the form of credit or refund. Return items in the withdrawal period

Back Articles untimely withdrawal

Beyond the withdrawal period of 14 days if you want to return the items, you have within 30 days of receipt of your package to return a portion of your order.

• Articles have been preserved in their original packaging, have not been initiated or not having served.

• We reserves the right to assess whether the return is in accordance with these criteria or not.
• The Customer must return the items at their own expense and may request a credit or refund of the returned items.

Items returned due to an error on our part: Should this happen, thank you for contacting us, we're humans :), we will send you e-mail a good return Colissimo to print and stick on the return package of articles - you have nothing to pay and we will send the items according to your order.

Defective items: In the case of a defective item (wool or needles), thank you send us an e-mail with a description or picture of the problem and by specifying the number of your order. If found defective product, we will send a new item - in most cases you will not need to return the defective item.
